About Flourish & Grow

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Lactation Counselor passionate about optimizing nutrition throughout the lifecycle, especially surrounding the incredibly important beginning stages. Kristin received her nutrition education at Simmons University’s School of Nursing and Health Sciences and completed her Dietetic Internship at Massachusetts General Hospital.

 

Kristin works with any and all clients interested in optimizing their health by listening to preferences, understanding specific needs, and making tailored recommendations guided by evidence-based research.
